Returns, Refunds & Exchange

Contact us at prior to shipping your return/exchange, for proper return address and return process. Failure to contact us before you ship your return can delay and/ or forfeit your exchange or refund rights.

Pre-order items may be exchanged or refunded only after your item has been shipped and received by you.You may not receive a refund or exchange a pre-order item before your item arrives to you.

Items can only be returned, refund or exchange within seven (7) days of receiving your order and items must be returned in original condition;  item must be returned unused, unworn, unscratched/or discoloration of soles (shoes), dust bags and in the original packaging box; labels added and any damages to the shoebox may result in your return being decline. We strongly recommend trying on shoes on soft carpeted area/towel.Requests for returns, refunds or exchanges after 7 days from confirmation of your order being shipped will not be accepted. In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. There is a 5% restocking fee on all refunds. NO EXCEPTION 

All returns are refunded via store credit. Store credit do not expire and can be used at anytime online. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us and inspected.

Items returned not in new condition will be returned back to the customer and postage paid by customer.

Once you have been issued a return label, you have 5 days to send it back. The expiration date is included on the return label.
